RAISSA COBO MARTINS LOPES
With a solid background and diverse experience, whose experience in tax and international law spans more than 16 years, Raíssa has a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of the Joinville Region and the University of Coimbra, Portugal. He is registered with the Brazilian Bar Association in Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and the Federal District. In addition, he has a postgraduate degree in International Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). His career includes holding strategic positions in large law firms, where he developed high-level legal skills.
In addition to law, Raíssa has solid experience in the financial market and is certified and accredited by Ancord to act as an Investment Advisor (AI). To further improve her knowledge, she sought additional training in Wealth Management at the renowned São Paulo Education and Research Institute (Insper), and in Wealth Management, Family Office and Third-Party Resource Management and Banking, Corporate, Finances and Security Law from the renowned Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).
It is committed to helping clients maintain their assets, whether through contractual or corporate legal instruments, or through alternatives covered by the financial market.
PEDRO DEARO BATISTA
Graduated in Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, he is registered with the Brazilian Bar Association in the states of São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul. Furthermore, he studied Economics at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Accounting Sciences at PUC, also in São Paulo .
With a solid career, Pedro has worked as a tax consultant for over 12 years. Throughout this period, he worked in large consulting companies and renowned law firms, acquiring extensive experience in tax, corporate and succession consultancy, both nationally and internationally.
It is committed to providing strategic guidance and high-quality legal and financial solutions, helping its clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.
